Crestwood has implemented LEAN Manufacturing processes in its operations. LEAN is renowned for its focus on reduction of waste and inefficiencies in manufacturing operations. LEAN attacks inefficiencies, wastes caused by defects, non value-added flow of information or materials, data storage, stacks of inventory, overproduction and extra processing. Crestwood has also developed vendor programs that allow us to work with suppliers that strive towards the same goals we have set.
