STEP Warmfloor™ is a strong, thin, flexible, PTC semi-conductive heating mat. The patented heating element is self-regulating and cannot over heat. It is extremely energy efficient and operates on low-voltage, normally 24V AC or DC. The system is easy to zone and install under most floorcoverings. The elements are cut to length on the job site, making it ideal for both new construction and remodeling. Applications include total heating and/or floor warming, snowmelt and roof de-icing.
